The Veridian Work Environment
Our people are what makes Veridian Homes so unique. Why do they love what they do? More often than not, we hear from our team that they love the culture and the people they work with. With a culture based on quality, continuous improvement and team-based communication, our people are passionate about process and customer service.
Building and living in our communities is as important as building a home, and giving back is an essential aspect of who we are. Many of our team members volunteer their time to serve others. And, our Veridian Foundation consists of Veridian team members, at every level, who have an opportunity to engage with our community to see what needs exist and how we can provide assistance.

Madison has four lakes offering an abundance of outdoor recreation opportunities. More than 200 parks provide year-round entertainment from hiking and biking to skiing and sailing. Located just 80 miles west of Milwaukee and 142 miles northwest of Chicago, Madison boasts a wide range of art, cultural events and exciting restaurants. You’ll also find the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a host of educational events.
State Street, Madison’s famous pedestrian thoroughfare, offers a unique setting for commerce, dining, and leisure. The impressive Overture Center for the Arts is a premier location to take in a concert or edifying performance. The pedestrian walkway terminates at the Capitol Square, site of the Capitol building and Wisconsin’s state government. During the summer months, the Square is alive with activities and, every Saturday morning, the largest producer only farmer’s market in the country.
